how are you everybody ?

I have a problem

I cannot find sound's icon in my msn  .. the icon suddenly remove

If i press a plus then sound library , i will find my sounds but i can't send it

becau the

icon is invisible

It seems like you are using a skin - the skin can disable icons such as these. Try disabling the skin and see what happens.

How can i disabling the skin ?

For starters make sure you actually have the buttons enabled:
Plus! > Preferences & Options > Conversations > Main > Add Messenger Plus! buttons in the toolbar

Second, what are those buttons next to the smiley?
Are they coming from some other 3rd party addon?
If so, and you still can't see the Plus! buttons after enabling them in the preferences, uninstall that other addon and see if that would show the Plus! buttons.

What exactly did you try? Can you describe the steps you took?

I find another program also called Messenger Plus but the icon is different .

I  remove it . then the problem was solve .


the name of this icons may is called MsgPlus - Capture
