Hello Guys,

I know it is weird, but all of sudden my computer has started lagging, for example I open Firefox and iTunes and the music starts to lag, or if I have open uTorrent and VLC Player the Video constantly lags, anyone have any ideas on the cause of this?

Nothing I can see, however it keeps spiking really randomly. Hmm I don't know if I have fixed it but removing a Daemon Tools Virtual Drive seems to of worked so far? I removed it to fix a Winamp issue and I've had no problems since
