Yes, I can confirm it's an issue with the skin.

I suggest you contact the maker of the skin in the following thread:

[Release] Stealth - Pure darkness.

And report the problem to them and hopefully they can fix it.  My own skin  (SexySkin) doesn't have this issue, so it's just a problem with theirs

Also, I'm not too sure what you mean about t-shirt?

The game thing is actually pretty fun Good games on there. Too bad the people are from strange places.
