Ever since I deleted my messenger skin, everybody's scene color is the same to me. I previously had a white one, which I think was automatically set by the skin, now every contact has a white one. Except when I lose connection, it shows their real color. I tried re-installing but it didnt work. Any suggestions?

Try re-adding the skin, enable it, restart WLM. Then choose 'no skin' and restart WLM. Then remove the skin.

Maybe removing the skin when it was still enabled may have caused problems.

Probably not but worth a try.

You can also go to Control Panel > Programs > Messenger Plus! Live > Repair Messenger.

Also, in a conversation, right click on the scene and you should see the option "Use Default Scene".....make sure this is UNticked and all contacts should then show their own scenes rather than yours
