ok so ive had my msn account 5 yrs
tonight i try to login it says



so i goto the page it lists it shows this



so after 1 hr of messing around i mannage
to get to the change password page
it asks me to asnwere secret question which passed
and it allowed me to change my password

then when i try to login - same error. used my account
since 2005 never had a problem

how can i change my pass but be told cant login

but that was there from the moment i signed in day when i
got home from work - i can also add at the top of the msn
page it shows the word lockout



i filed a report to msn help to be honest i coudnt remember
all the info - only the address i signed up with and the
secret pass -

Nothing to suggest really. Would have said test to see if you can log into web messenger like eBuddy, but too late for that now. Next time set details for your account you know so that you can easily recover it.
