Help !! im unable to sign into my windows messenger... when i try and sign in it takes forever and then the pop up comes up regarding troubleshoot e.t.c and when i click troubleshoot there is no tick by the wireles although im on the internet.. ive clicked sign out and it take ages to sign out!! im able to go on msn on my phone but when i try to go on the computer it doesnt work ( and yes i did sign out of my phone before hand) ive tried doing the whole 'run' thing but i dont have a folder with msn messenger on it! havent a clue what to do help me please ...

Have you checked your firewall? Probably it is blocking Windows Live Messenger from accessing the network. Which version of Windows is your computer running? Go to Control Panel, Security Centre/Action Centre and look for firewall. What is its name?
