long time no see ^^
I wanted to make a new windows live ID (hotmail)
Filling the required info was fine... the hotmail ID was available, and things went smooth... when i put accept I get this error:

Whats the issue? And how can I overcome this ?
I tried searching a little bit on Google, I read some thing about my IP is blocked
Any help?
Any advice?

It means too many Live ID's have been created from you PC. Try again tomorrow.

Try clearing your cookies or using a different browser. If this does not work it may be your IP they use to identify you. In this case, try a proxy.

Do you use mobile internet/broadband?

well, It happened that I was in university and was trying to make the account, so I posted directly here....
Back at home It worked out

Well, since everyone in your UNI shares the same IP that's why it didn't work there.
