i have complate install the msg plus live 4.83 , and my current window life messenger version is 14.0.8089.726 and im using Window 7 Professional...

when i open my msn.....it does not have any msg plus effect....and also can't see the msg plus option icon on my msn ....what is the problem....can somebody help me ??

p/s: i already unistall 2 time and restart pc

i already check in my Programs , it don't not contains any one of them(SweetIM,Smiley Central.....)and msg plus are still not working?

i have such Kapersky Internet Security 2010 and 360 safe ,is't that 2 will affect the msg plus working ?

It's possible.
You could try to temporarly disable or uninstall them to see if that would fix the problem so you can find the culprint.
