On the contact box thing, where it shows the display name and and personal display message, there are now 2 new icons which were added after I installed Messenger Plus!. Thing is though, they take up so much room that i can only see the first few letters of my display name and personal message, without making the box ridiculously wide. It's not a major problem or anything, but I just wondered if there was any way to get rid of the icons or maybe move them..?

You can set it not to show the Messenger Plus! Preferences icon by going to Preferences & Options, then the "Messenger" tab and then unticking "Add Messenger Plus! Live buttons in the contact list and the contact cards"

Although only one button should've been added, not two.

There are promotional buttons too now, although some skins hide them. Those can be disabled too, by going to Preferences & Options, then the "Customize!" tab and then unticking "Show me promotions associated with Messenger Plus!".

Ah, hadn't realised that a promotional button got put up there too.  I've been completely skinned since before the promo stuff was added so hadn't seen that.  Cheers
