I'm using MSN Messenger Plus! Live so much time.
I just started viewing the skins category on the http://www.msgpluslive.net/skins/ url, and i found a skin, but it doesn't compatible with Messenger 9.0 . If somebody want to make it to compatible with 9.0, you're welcome http://www.msgpluslive.net/skins/view/98-ZuneLive!/

Many skins are incompatible with Windows Live Messenger 2009 (9.0), but unfortunately there is no quick or easy way to make them compatible and with WLM 2010 on its way, skinners are unlikely to take such a project underway.

Unfortunately, the realism of it is that you'll just have to pick a skin that's compatible with 2009, but 2010 should only be a couple of months away and will most likely see a raft of new skins created to use on it
