hey guys

I have a problem into accessing hotmail today. before an hour or so I signed in normally ,, but than when I tryed to sign in it doesn't let me. It says that the windows ID is incorrect ! but I am sure it is correct. I went to reset the password but they won't let me saying that the ID does not exist or something Please help me I have to talk to some people about some stuff relating to  university

What's the message it gives you when you try to reset your password?
