i do like not-too-strong-nor-smelly cheese though, like gouda, cheddar, mozarella (who doesn't?) or chanco (i just wanted to add a wiki reference too, lol)

In Brazil people write it as muzzarella, mutsarela, muzarela, musarela, muçarela, same as behind with o instead of u, and the only correct one is mussarela
