Yeah its just a name, Chihuahua is a Mexican city
it was first produced there, so its called like that

I had to try a poutine when I was on the ferry from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland and it was possibly the worst poutine I had in my life lol.. they had grated cheddar or something instead of our delicious squeeky cheese

Swiss/Cheddar/Tasty/Mozarella are also really nice
