Hey, my friend sent me a link and i clicked it

Now the virus is sending the same type of link to every online person in my Messenger.

How do i delete the virus?!

Try running a full system scan with MalwareBytes and cleaning any infections it finds.

In the mean time, sign out of Windows Live Messenger to prevent it being passed to any more of your contacts

Thankfully the URL in the screenshot has been blocked by ow.ly, so presuming it uses the same link for all contacts, the virus can't spread. But definitely use MalwareBytes and remove it.

A quick question about the MalwareBytes. The Free version works fine right? if i want to remove the virus? or do i have to Buy the full version?

Try the free version.  If it doesn't clear anything then you may have to try another anti-malware program

I tried Using MalwareBytes. It did find some trojans i deleted them. But i guess it was not the MSN realted trojans. The virus is still there

I tried using Avira Antivir Personal - Free version; No Luck

anymore suggestions?

Someone else that had this problem said they had to 'obtain' the full version of Malware Bytes to remove it.
