Whenever I try to use a custom emotion sounds, I get the error "The Custom Emotion Sounds feature is currently disabled. The server may be under maintenance, please try again later."

I've been getting this for a few weeks now.

Are the built-in sounds ok?  Does this happen during specific hours of the day, or all day?

Would you be interested in testing this with me live?  Please send me a private message and we could arrange a convenient time.

Just tested some built in sounds, they seemed to work just fine. My friend received them and I heard it play too.

It seems to happen at every hour of the day, it hasn't worked for me at all.

Sure I'd try testing it
