O.P. What im listening to

i have both msn and windows media player set up to show what im listening to. i set up a playlist and it will show the name of the first song and as soon as it changes it goes blank. Anyone know how to fix it, any help would be appreciated

What's your wlm, and wmp versions? I don't have any problems with WMP 11.0.5721.5268, wlm 14.0.8117.416 and Windows XP Pro x32. Plus version is 4.85.0.386.

For Windows 7, Windows Live Messenger will not show music playing by Windows Media Player 12 unless the songs are added to Windows 7 Music Library.
