Forums Majorly Slow

The forums have been really slow and sometimes I can't even get the pages to load, any reason why?

Edit:

looks like to me we got some flooders here:

631 user(s) active the past 15 minutes. (14 members, 2 invisible users, and 615 guests)
BlackStar, CanadianOriginal, Chrono, Ddunk, DJeX, jchichuv, LoochTheMan, marissa, NoName, Odin.EXE, pipish, snorreh, Washcloth?, WDZ

615 in past 15 min? is that normal?
