Getting rid of the tools in Windows.

O.P. Getting rid of the tools in Windows.
I want to know if there is a way to get rid of the tools that show up in windows, and only display them in my Customized top-bar. To get the top-bar and other effects I'm using Icon Packager, Object Dock, Objectbar and Windowblinds. Screenshot below.
