Can't un-install Msg+ 3.50

O.P. Can't un-install Msg+ 3.50
It won't let me uninstall or delete it.

I go to Add-Remove programs and there is a little Busy icon over the Msg+ bar, meaning i can't uninstall it.

If this is done on purpose then it's right out of order.

Any help appreciated.
