O.P. chat only names

i know it is possable to have a chat only name - i have one using stuffplug, vut i want to know if i can set up a different for each chat?

eg.. talking to sarah - calum (L)

sarah
talking to stacey - stacey!!!

talking to my cousin - calum
aaand so on!
