O.P. Canon CanoScan 5000F Not enabling Negative Scan mode
I've got a Canon CanoScan 5000F Flatbead scanner. It supports Colour, B&W, Text Enchanced (Puts a text document directly into MSWord), Negative scanning, and slide scanning. However, when i try to select the option to scan a negative, it only gives me Platen (for standard document scanning).
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and scanner, and i've also updated the scanner drivers. I've also connected it to a different USB port. Still no change.
Its Windows XP Home SP2, and its connected via a USB 2.0 port. The scanner works fine, except it doesn't want to scan negatives! >.< Any ideas?
