O.P. saying not found in a chat window

Hello. I'm geting a not found message when trying to read a message. I have windows xpsp2 and windows messenger 5 ane msn pluss 3. I tried using a previous version wit no luck. Also i have t reinsaall messenter everytime I reinstall messenger pluss. Thanks.
