Well nothing bad now is it?

I just it to do the following :
Soon as somebody speaks [ANY CONTACT]
It shall display a message, something like : "You have been blocked for speaking while busy"
& then, blocked.

Simple

But effective.


Is anybody willing to script this so i can stick it in my scripting file.
