sorry, this isn't Messenger Plus related, didn't know where else to ask...
i've been looking for something like this for years... even back in the day since msn 6. i have alot of custom emoticons and i really can't be assed loading them one by one and putting the shortcut commands in. isn't there a program that just imports them and uses the file name as the shortcut or something
