O.P. Transparent chat windows ruins the normal images on screen when maximized

Please confirm this bug.

Set any transparency level to your chat windows and open a chat window.
(Provided that it is not maximized currently) maximize it.
Then minimize it to taskbar and check if the displayed image at the screen is ruined.

WLM version : 8.1
