Having problems with the debugging windows

Hi guys, i hope you can help me.
Debugging windows beginning to be annoying... when WLM starts, Debugging windows appears automatically in foreground (only in Messenger Plus! Live 4.23.0.276)

*debugging options: enabled
*it always happens when at least one wlm account activates the debugging option
* Windows XP Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
* Windows Live Messenger 8.5.0816

i've asked in the spanish forum but i haven't solved my problem (Mandorallen told me to ask here for help =P)
Thanks (and sorry for my bad english, i'm learning and i'm not using a translator =D)
