My cousin is having a lot of trouble with his computer at the moment, and i just cant figure it out...As sign as he presses sign in on Messenger it comes up with the error 8000402, and on top of this internet explorer keeps telling him that his add-ons are disabled, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
