ZapMessenger should be the very last resort when uninstalling the normal way doesn't work (because of corrupted/missing files for example).
i thought when someone installed a new version ( that being 2011 and wanting to go back to 2009 ) it would require removing all traces of 2011 by using Zapmessenger.
