http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials ) after installing Messenger Plus! Live 4.9 you run into “software not loaded” (check under Plus! in the menu), click on “Software not loaded”. You will then be presented with a notification in which you can disable safe mode. If you do so the software will be loaded. Should you run into problems with safe mode off, reset your preferences in the Maintenance Wizard which will be started if you start the uninstaller (Programs and Features).
