Well , Menthix said "Sound Library works", not "sending/receiving custom sounds works". So he is correct. In fact, he lists "custom sounds" in the not-working list. But yeah, there is not much practical use for a Sounds Library without the ability to send/receive sounds other than listening, editing and creating. I dunno what's so idiot about Chrissy's answer though, he too is correct
