). Appear offline in WLM 2011 does not behave the same as block in WLM 2009 (at all). Appearing offline to a contact in WLM 2011 just prevents
you from talking to that person. It does
not prevent that contact from talking to you. In other words, appearing offline in WLM 2011 does not prevent people from annoying you as blocking does in WLM 2009.
