1. You've provided
no detail into how exactly you think this person "froze" your Messenger. If it's frozen, why not exit and restart it?
2. Please do not put "Help me!!!" in the title. It doesn't help tell members visiting the forum what your topic is about and could therefore get overlooked.
3. I would recommend not posting your email address, and others, on public forums. Spam bots will find it and send you junk mail.
