It is in the right place
But the Picture Id is wrong. The main contact list background is 625 iirc, you have to modify that window's definition file to get a single background.
The way I find the IDs is by looking at the extracted resources [you can exctract them from Customization > Skins] and then trial and error the most likely ones. [They are labeled "source_group_id.extension" by MP!L when extracting]
