O.P. cannot sign in
Hi
I have been using MSN 2009 for the past year with no problems. Suddenly I find I cannot sign in on my machine. I can sign in on another machine, so it is not password problems. I have tried re-installing and it says it is already there. I have tried uninstalling via add/remove components and it says 0mb. I have tried uninstalling with zapmessenger which said I needed netframework, I have installed netframework4 and it still won't uninstall. I have tried the run statement RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove - but still no joy, I am using windows XP any suggestions please.
