We all know that when you have the Arabic language, or any other RTL language, that stuff is 'mirrored' from right to left. But what is not suppose to happen is images (or to be more precise foreground icons) to be mirrored too.
The About window of Windows 7 shows correct, and also the logo of Windows is showing correct. That is how it is supposed to be. But in Windows Live Messenger, graphics like that Windows logo are also reversed, and this is not correct. That is what Menthix (and me and others) are referring to
