. The download they are offering is 15.4.3001.809, signed August 2010. So it is one of the old Messenger 2011 beta builds. The site also mentions it is a preview for Windows Live Messenger 2011 which should release in September (2010).
Having that said a new Messenger (16.x) is supposedly already in development, but only tested by a very select group. Nothing except for
buildnumbers leaked out from that so far AFAIK.
