-Go to the Control Panel. (You can access it through the Start Menu)
-Go to "Programs and Features." A window should open gradually building a list of all the software installed on your computer.
-Try to fit the list on your entire screen (else you have to make several screenshots) and press the "PrintScreen" key on your keyboard, which should be to the right of your F12 key on most default keyboards.
-Open Paint (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint)
-Press the Paste button.
-Now save the picture and upload it as an attachment in your next reply to this post.
