O.P. Problem of access to the settings and preferences

If I may please help as soon as possible
I have a problem of access to the settings and preferences
When I want it I can not access it .. Me that there is a password protected settings and preferences with the knowledge I have not put any password before ..
This happened only after downloading the modern version of Messenger Plus .. thanks ..

I hope you can help me
