I don't see what is fraudulent about the Shades of Plus! skin. Nor do I see 'your' pictures in it.
EDIT: After comparing the internal files I see that
Shades of Plus! is indeed largely based upon your
Twilight Multi skin....
(though I still don't see the same pictures though)
2) Can you also please explain in a different way what exactly the problem is regarding your registered skins?
Because your English doesn't seem to be very good or understandable... Maybe you can explain in French and someone here will translate it for you...
