Hi, i want to add this after few try :

If i close the Log Viewer and then reopen it, then i can continue to upload logs for 2-3 contacts, and then the msg appear again.

So it's look like it's a quota in log viewer for 1 session of the tool... really strange. Well at least each time i get the message now i clause the Log viewer and reopen it and it seem to work, it's just boring to reopen the viewer each 2-3 contacts

But still someone can give info on this?
