Consider it yet another broken feature. Any time I go to
https://www.msgplus.net/MyPlus/My-Plus!/My-Profile?page=quotas, it says the page is down to maintenance. It was like that at least a month ago too.
The quotas might explain why my logs weren't being uploaded even 12+ hours after making them. Especially if the quotas are quite small. I can't access the quotas page to confirm or reject the hypothesis though.
