When only online logging is enabled, and chat log encryption is enabled,
logs are stored on the MyPlus! account.
(...but not encrypted - this is by design, so that's fine (for now))
However,
locally, a log file is also still created in the user's chat log folder. It is encrypted, but the log itself is
empty. Aka, it is just an encrypted, but empty, log file.
When only online logging is enabled, no log file should be created locally.
