I can not confirm this (I don't have facebook contacts, nor do I use WLM 2011 at the moment), but in theory chat log files of Facebook contacts should be prefixed with a certain string (depends on your selected language in Messenger Plus!). As such, you could enable chat logging for all contacts in Messenger Plus! and write a script that will remove all other chat logs as soon as Messenger exits...
...just an idea though...
