I kept follow all the steps that you and others was saying above and then at last i found after 4 years

that it still NOT SOLVED *-)

and not only for me but for some other members also

when I made the steps that i mentioned it worked for me like 100000% (Y)

I use windows 7 -64 Bit messenger 14.0 and latest MsgPlus

so I KNOW WHAT I TALK ABOUT
