i have an big problem and i tried many things to solve it but i can't please i need someone help me....

i was have windows live messenger and then i setup the plus ..and when i open my messenger after i setup the ''plus'' i found an code when i try to chat with any one in my contacts ,and when i try to erase that cod it back again and prevent any writing i do and erase my writing
the code that show to me is that "c159320a-225f-11e1-a59d-78*bcbe4caa2 ''       ..please i need help with that
