Download and run HijackThis, post the output log here as a .txt attachment.

If you currently do not have a spyware/malware scanner, I would recommend downloading either MBAM or Spybot S&D, BUT NOT BOTH!

Also try running another scan with HouseCall to see if it finds anything.
