A few concerns I see from the log:

Why do you have AOL even installed???
You have way too many browser toolbars, this is usually not a good thing
O23 - Service: Cron Service for Prey (CronService) - Is this a laptop? concerned that it could get stolen I assume?
Service: iolo FileInfoList Service (ioloFileInfoList) - You probably don't need System Mechanic
Service: nProtect GameGuard Service - Uninstall nProtect, you already are using AVG and MBAM
Privacyware network service (PFNet) - No idea what this is, possibly a cheap firewall? Windows Firewall will work just fine for most people
