O.P. sound not recorded
i had a video call which was recording just fine but the call was dropped due to connection problems. when the call was restored, the program showed that it continued to record, so i didn't stop it or do anything, it had kept recording the whole time, so i thought the program was properly working.
so later, when i tried to check the recorded video, the sound after the point the call was dropped is not recorded. so recording the call is pretty much useless, as i cannot hear anything.
why did this happen? and is there a way i can keep the temporary files even after the conversion has been made so i can have a back-up of some sort?
for example, if the files of the video and the sound were not deleted by the program after the conversion, i could combine them myself using some other program. now i just have a video with no sound at all.
i've had other problems with this program in the past, it seems unstable to me.
i hope you can answer my question and suggest a solution.
