O.P. New Version of Plugin Manager (by DJMystic) - with Debug data

Here's the new plugin manager for Messenger Plus!

Try it, and if you encounter a crash, send your bug logs at the e-mail given at the start of the program!

It works with both type of plugins: C++ and VB

Have phun!
