I'm afraid you'll have to do them indivisually 
but once you change the color of a conversation window for a certain contact, the next time you open the window your settings will be saved.
It works only when msn stays open. If i change a contact color window.. close it and open it again it stays the color i choosed. When you close msn down and open it again it's there that it gets reverted to the default orange.
Should it keep the color even if msn gets closed down ?.
